The Peyton Network is founded on the belief that all people have the ability to lead whole and healthy lives. It is our goal to come alongside individuals and families and provide guidance and assistance during the most difficult and trying trials of life.
The leadership of The Peyton Network brings more than 60 collective years of professional experience and knowledge to the work we do. Our leaders are fully licensed in the state of Florida, and abide by the ethical and professional guidelines of their respective professions.

Owner & Therapist | LMHC
Deak Peyton
Deak Peyton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. Deak is co-owner of The Peyton Network with his wife Lisa. Deak attended both University of Florida and FAMU during his undergraduate studies and played football with each school. Deak received a master's degree from the University of Central Florida where he studied counseling and pscyhology. Deak has worked in inpatient and hospital settings as well as outpatient settings and is experienced and comfortable with a wide range of mental health diagnosis and therapeutic issues. He loves to help individuals, couples, and families identify and address needs, and make positive life changes. Deak is a father of seven children and actively involved in coaching their soccer and football teams. Deak loves to travel and to grill. His family and his children are his joy.

Lisa Summers Peyton
Lisa Peyton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience. A proud graduate of Stetson University, she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR certified, and a State of Florida Qualified Supervisor. Lisa has conducted hundreds of clinical assessments for dependency and family courts and has been recognized as an expert witness in multiple court cases. With a warm, approachable style, Lisa believes in the power of relationships to foster meaningful change and provides a compassionate, supportive environment for clients to heal. Lisa was born and raised in West Virginia, moving to Florida to pursue her college education. Lisa and her husband Deak have a blended family of seven children and are adoptive parents. Lisa loves traveling with her family, hiking, reading, and cooking

Dr. Jason Lulejian
Dr. Jason Lulejian is a board-certified psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist with deep expertise across inpatient, outpatient, correctional, and telemedicine settings. As Medical Director at The Peyton Network, he advances clinically sound, evidence-based programs that align with the organization’s mission to deliver specialty mental wellness services, clinical consulting, comprehensive assessments, and workforce training to diverse public and private partners. With leadership roles spanning health systems, residential/PHP/IOP eating disorder programs, and health plan operations, Dr. Lulejian brings a systems-level perspective to program design, quality improvement, and provider supervision. His clinical background includes addiction psychiatry, forensic and correctional psychiatry, eating disorder care, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and disability evaluations. He also serves as volunteer and adjunct faculty, mentoring the next generation of clinicians in psychiatry and addiction medicine. Dr. Lulejian is board certified in Psychiatry (ABPN) and Addiction Medicine (AOA), and is actively engaged in medical review and independent examinations. He is committed to building scalable, outcomes-driven mental health solutions that improve access, raise standards, and enhance continuity of care across the continuum.

Danielle Ryan
Danielle Ryan is a Master's Level Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has worked in various settings, including court-ordered substance abuse therapy, schools, and outpatient treatment agencies. Her roles have included individual therapy, psychoeducation, group counseling, family counseling, and relationship counseling, as well as assessments and treatment planning. Danielle completed her graduate studies at Central Connecticut State University in 2014 before returning to Florida to pursue a career in therapy. Outside of work, Danielle is passionate about animals and has volunteered with community shelters, including the Orange County Animal Shelter and equine-assisted therapy programs. She is an avid equestrian, enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time by the pool with her husband, their horse, and rescue dogs.

Adam Bremer
Adam Holland Bremer is a Master’s Level Social Worker who earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals and families affected by serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and emotional and behavioral challenges in children and adolescents. Adam is dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their mental health and overall well-being. He utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach, drawing from evidence-informed therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each person he serves. His work is grounded in the core values of social work—dignity, self-determination, and a belief in every person’s capacity for growth and change. Adam is deeply committed to community engagement and service, regularly volunteering with organizations such as the Neighborhood Center. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys attending UCF sporting events, spending time near the water, and caring for his beloved rescue dog, Little.

John Brennan
John has worked with children and families for over twenty years including being a caseworker, a mental health assessor, and a therapist for individuals, couples, and families. John has worked as a mediator, and understands the importance of good communication and conflict resolution. His background as a caseworker has made him aware of the struggles of traumatized children and the difficulties that families experience.

Shannon Crim-Mosey
Shannon Crim-Mosey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 22 years of experience specializing in working with children, adolescents, and families. She has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, domestic violence shelters, community mental health facilities, and private practice. Shannon’s areas of expertise include individual therapy, psychoeducational counseling, group counseling, family counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and supervision. She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida. A native Floridian, Shannon has dedicated her career to supporting children and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four children and her beloved pets, including five dogs and one cat. In her free time, Shannon loves family dinners and making the most of Florida’s theme parks, beaches, and sunshine.

Brianna DiSalvo
Brianna DiSalvo is a registered mental health counseling intern. She currently holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. Brianna specializes in CBT Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and ACT Therapy. Brianna is excited to work with new clients, and feels it is an honor and privilege to walk with them as they begin the journey of healing and growth. When she is not spending time with clients, Brianna has diverse interests. She absolutely loves coffee, and notes there are probably very few coffee shops in Orlando that she has not been to. Brianna also loves going for walks, reading, really loves going to concerts and listening to music. Brianna says, “If you are reading this, I am excited at the possibility of meeting you!”

Krystal Gould
Krystal is a seasoned and passionate master's level social work professional with over nine years of experience leading child welfare teams and programs across Florida. She brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, systems navigation, and community-based service delivery to the team. Currently, Krystal serves as a Program Director for a Community-Based Care agency under the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) in the Central Florida area, where she oversees child welfare programs dedicated to ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being for children and families. Her leadership has spanned case management, quality assurance, and program supervision. She has successfully led cross-functional teams, improved permanency outcomes, and worked closely with court systems, the Department of Children and Families, and community providers to ensure coordinated, client-centered care. Krystal is committed to building stronger, more equitable systems for families. With a background in both social work and mental health counseling, she brings a clinical lens to program strategy and a deep belief that when we lead with empathy, we can create meaningful, lasting change.

Tamara Harris
Tamara Harris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. She has gained experience in a variety of settings, including managed care, children and family services, local hospitals, dialysis centers, private practice, and home healthcare. Tamara’s expertise spans case management, individual therapy, psychoeducational counseling, group counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, assessments, and treatment planning. She earned her degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. Outside of her professional life, Tamara enjoys spending quality time with her family, singing, shopping, and attending football games. She also finds fulfillment in volunteering within her community.

Michelle Higgins
Michelle Higgins is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 19 years of experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. She specializes in Trauma Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and has worked in a variety of settings including domestic violence centers, community agencies, and private practice. Michelle is passionate about helping clients build trust with themselves, improve their relationships, and develop self-expression and awareness. She is particularly skilled at supporting individuals struggling with anger, guilt, insecurity, and other challenges, guiding them toward a better quality of life, empowerment, and overall improved mental health. Michelle offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and validated, giving them the opportunity to work through their challenges with sincerity and care.

Nirali LaPierre
Niralli LaPierre is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. She has worked in various settings, including schools, group homes, and in-office therapy. Niralli is certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and an Adoption Competent Specialist. Her professional roles have included individual therapy, psychoeducational counseling, group counseling, family and couples counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical supervision. Niralli holds both a Master’s and Specialist Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida. Niralli is passionate about supporting children and families and has devoted her career to this work. Originally born in East Africa, she moved to Central Florida at a young age and has come to love the area's sunshine, beaches, and weather. Outside of her professional life, Niralli enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children, and playing with her two dogs, Yamaha (a golden retriever) and Apple Pie (a chihuahua).

Vanessa Monn is a Master’s Level Social Worker with over twenty years of experience working with children and families in the dependency system. Vanessa has held various titles through her career, but has specialized in behavioral health and utilization management. Vanessa earned her master’s degree in social work at the University of Central Florida. She is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern working on her licensure. Outside of work, Vanessa remains busy as a wife and mother. She enjoys watching her daughter compete in baton twirling and volleyball. Vanessa loves reading, hiking, and traveling, and also spending time with her family and their two golden retrievers.

Jeffrey Moyer
Jeffery Moyer is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. He has worked in a variety of settings, including group homes, personal homes, foster homes, online therapy, schools of all grade levels, daycare, college environments, and in-office. Jeffery’s professional roles have included individual therapy, group counseling, career counseling, psychoeducational counseling, family counseling, mentoring, independent living skills building, assessment development, and treatment planning. Jeffery earned a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University and is certified as an Adoption Competent Therapist. He has a deep passion for working with teenagers and families, particularly within the foster system and group home settings, where he has devoted much of his career to offering support. Originally from Deland, Florida, Jeffery is a proud father of four and enjoys spending time with his family and granddaughter. Outside of work, he loves to travel, run, and spend time outdoors in any way possible. He has also traveled to several countries in Central America, where he has contributed to building homes and supporting families in need.

Veronica Otero
Veronica Otero is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who brings a wealth of experience from her nine years as a public school teacher, where she worked closely with high school freshmen in English Language Arts. The classroom is where she found that building relationships yielded better results than just teaching at students. Veronica is a proud graduate of both Arizona State University and Troy University. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as five to adults of any age. Veronica’s philosophy is that strong therapeutic relationships can empower clients to navigate challenges, improve their mental health, and create a foundation for long-term success. She is passionate about helping clients of all ages feel supported and equipped to grow. Outside of counseling, Veronica is a new mom who treasures spending time with her daughter, husband, and mother—affectionately known as “Grammy” in their household. In her spare time, she enjoys family outings, reading, and crafting.

Phyllis Palmer
Phyllis Palmer has over 23 years of experience working with children and families, specializing in adoption, family reunification, and financial literacy. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2006), a Master's in Human Services Agency Management from Lindenwood University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Missouri Valley College. Phyllis worked with Butterfield Youth Services from 1988 to 2011, where she held various roles, including Program Manager and Treatment Team Leader. Since 2011, she has focused on outpatient therapy, working with families in adoption preparation and reunification. Phyllis is passionate about empowering individuals and families to reach their full potential and is committed to promoting financial literacy in her community. She is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother to five grandchildren. Phyllis is also a former licensed Therapeutic Foster Care parent, having provided care for over 20 children with her husband.
